Caloy is a partner of the firm and head of its litigation and dispute resolution department. He is a part-time lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law and a member of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). He previously worked as Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague and finished his Advanced LLM in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from Leiden University graduating Summa Cum Laude.

> Obtained an interim measure of protection in aid of arbitration and a favorable arbitral award in the amount of more than PhP 800 Million for a contractor and against the government involving a nationwide infrastructure project.

> Obtained an arbitral award in favor of a shipowner against the shipbuilder involving the construction of a Ro-Ro vessel worth almost PhP 150 Million.

> Secured an acquittal for an aircraft mechanic in a falsification case involving the test flight report for an airplane that fatally crashed while transporting a high government official in 2012.
